 Calculation Method for ATC
Due to the deregulation of power industry, newcomers have already started power wheeling through existing transmission lines. There are various limitations like transmission capacity in power systems, it's getting more important to keep track of ATC to prevent serious instability. However, power flow varies every minutes and the ATC calculation is required to be done with enough accuracy as quick as possible.
Our goal in this study is to propose and implement a fast ATC calculation method by using several kinds of screening methods, which includes linear sensitivity estimation, nonlinear sensitivity estimation or ILPF techniques.
